Still waiting on Smashwords. Seemed to get stuck in a queue and I'm awaiting help on that. I updated on Amazon and createspace as well. Fixed a couple typos I had somehow missed. The print version will be back up in a few days.

Once it gets closer to the relaunch with California Times Publishing it will come down from Amazon for a few days.
